La Fiesta Brava Sale Successfully Closed!

Hattiesburg, Miss. – SVN | Southgate Realty, LLC recently closed the sale on the former La Fiesta Brava restaurant across from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

This 6,970 sq. ft. facility has been a long-standing restaurant location and will soon be home to the New Orleans-based restaurant, Fat Boys Pizza. With frontage on Highway 49, Pearl Street, and 25th Avenue, Fat Boys Pizza plans to open their fourth location in the Pine Belt in the Spring of 2021. With the slogan “Size Matters,” Fat Boys Pizza is famously known for their eye-catching sizes, such as their large single slices and 30-inch pies.
